陕西的秦药产业既具有潜在发展价值与优势，又是支撑发展医疗卫生事业和健康服务业的重要基础组成部分，在惠民生、促增长方面发挥着积极作用。陕西道地药材资源中，秦巴山区居首位，素有“天然药库”之称。秦岭主峰太白山更是我国民间草药的重要发源之一。依托于道地秦药产业资源优势发展，我校在中药材规范化栽培技术研究、道地中药材质量和安全性评价研究、道地中药材药效物质基础与新药研究等方面具有明显优势。
高锦明教授及其团队主要从事道地中药材药效物质基础与新药研究。团队针对西北地区道地中药资源，构建以活性为导向的药效物质高效发现集成系统，明确中药药效活性成分，发掘具有重要开发价值的先导化合物。为西北地区新药研发提供重要的科学支撑。
董娟娥教授及其团队主要从事道地中药材规范化栽培技术研究。团队以西北道地药用植物资源，尤其是大宗、特有、濒危中药材为研究对象，开展种质保护、良种繁育、GAP种植研究。为推进西北地区药学产业科学和可持续发展提供重要技术支撑。
张跃进教授及其团队主要从事道地中药材质量和安全性评价研究。团队针对西北道地药用植物资源，开展植物分类、质量标准评价与提升等研究，指导药材生产安全、有效、质量可控，为药植资源良种选育、中药材GAP规范化栽培技术和产业扶贫提供技术支撑。
以上团队为科研推广、学科发展、人才培养均起到了促进作用，为中心建设奠定了坚实的基础。中心坚持致力于学术研究和人才发展，积极服务国家和地方经济发展与社会进步，为实现西北农林科技大学建设“双一流”大学办学目标做出更大努力，为推动我国中医药振兴发展事业贡献更大力量！
Shaanxi's Qin pharmaceutical industry not only has potential development value and advantages, but also is an important basic support for the development of health care and medical services. It plays a positive role in benefiting people's livelihood and promoting economic growth. Among Chinese geoherb resources in Shaanxi, Qinba mountain area ranks first, known as the "natural medicine warehouse". Taibai Mountain, the main peak of Qinling Mountains, is one of the important sources of folk herbal medicine in China. Relying on the resource advantages of Qin medicine industry, our university has obvious advantages in the research of standardized cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine, quality and safety evaluation of Chinese geoherb, the pharmacodynamic material basis of Chinese geoherb, and new drugs.
Professor Gao Jinming and his team are mainly engaged in the research on the pharmacodynamic material basis and new drugs of Chinese geoherb. The team builds an activity-oriented and integrated system for efficient discovery of pharmacodynamic substances from Chinese geoherb resources in Northwest China, defines the pharmacodynamic active components of traditional Chinese medicine, and explores the leading compounds with important development value. The team provides important scientific support for new drug research and development in Northwest China.
Professor Dong juane and her team are mainly engaged in the research on the standardized cultivation technology of Chinese geoherb. The team takes the Chinese geoherb resources in Northwest China, especially the popular, unique, and endangered traditional Chinese medicine as the research objects to carry out researches on germplasm protection, seed production, and GAP planting. They provide important technical support for promoting the scientific and sustainable development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in Northwest China.
Professor Zhang Yuejin and his team are mainly engaged in the quality and safety evaluation of Chinese geoherb. The team carries out research on plant classification, quality standard evaluation to guide the safe, effective and quality controllable production of medicinal materials, and to provide technical support for the breeding of improved varieties of medicinal plant resources, GAP standardized cultivation technology of traditional Chinese medicine, and poverty alleviation of traditional Chinese medicine industry.
The teams above have played a role in promoting scientific research popularization, discipline development and talent training, and laid a solid foundation for the construction of the center of Chinese herbal medicine research and utilization. The center dedicates to academic research and talent development, to actively serve national and local economic development and social progress, to make efforts to realize the goal of building our university into a "double first-class" university, and to make contributions to promoting the revitalization and development of traditional Chinese medicine!
