Qinling Ecological Civilization Education and Training Center
2021年，西北农林科技大学整合相关培训资源，在成人教育（继续教育）学院成立秦岭生态文明教育培训中心，履属于秦岭研究院。中心按照服务导向、体系完善、跨越发展、运行高效总体思路，以服务秦岭政治生态、社会生态、自然生态和经济生态建设为重点，以服务生态文明建设和乡村振兴战略为切入点，积极探索和开展面向生态文明的各类重要培训工作，为筑牢国家重要生态安全屏障，促进人与自然和谐共生，推进生态文明建设，实现经济社会可持续发展提供人才支持和智力支撑。
In 2021, Northwest A&F University integrated relevant training resources and established Qinling Ecological Civilization Education and Training Center in the College of Vocational and Adult Education (College of Continuing Education), affiliated to the Qinling Research Institute. With the general guideline of service orientation, system improvement, leapfrogging development and efficient operation, the center focuses on serving the political, social, natural and economic environment of Qinling Mountains, with the strategy of ecological civilization and rural revitalization as its breakthrough point. To achieve sustainable economic and social development and provide talents and intellectual support, the center actively explores and carries out various significant training on ecological civilization, so as to strengthen major national ecological security barrier, promote harmonious coexistence between man and nature, as well as ecological civilization.
学校先后建成中央农业干部管理学院西北分院、教育部全国职教师资重点建设培训基地、农业部全国现代农业技术培训基地、全国妇联全国妇女培训基地、国家林业局管理干部学院西北分院、水利部西北培训中心、科技部国家级科技特派员创业培训基地、人社部国家级专业技术人员继续教育基地、教育部首批职业教育教师教学创新团队培训基地、农业农村部教育部全国乡村振兴人才培养优质校等国家级培训平台。
NWAFU successively established Northwest Branch of Central Agricultural Cadre Management Institute, National Key Training Base for Vocational Education Teachers of Ministry of Education, National Modern Agricultural Technology Training Base of Ministry of Agriculture, National Women Training Base of All-China Women's Federation, Northwest Branch of State Forestry Administration Management Cadre Institute, Northwest Training Center of Ministry of Water Resources, Entrepreneurship Training Base for national science and technology commissioners of Ministry of Science and Technology, National Continuing Education Base for professional and technical personnel of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the first batch of vocational education teachers teaching innovation team training base of Ministry of Education, National Rural Revitalization Personnel training and other state-level training platform of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and Ministry of Education,
特别是2014年4月，成功获批第14所中组部全国干部教育培训基地，成为全国唯一的农业农村干部教育培训高校基地。目前，学校拥有12个国家级培训平台，全国高校最多。2004年被陕西省委确定为首批干部教育培训高校基地，与宁夏、河北、吉林、山西、甘肃、山东、青海等省份建立了稳定的干部培训合作关系。另外，设有农业对外科技支撑与人才培训国际合作培训平台，是上合组织农业技术交流培训示范基地重要力量。
NWAFU was successfully approved as the 14th National Cadre Education and Training base of Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee in April 2014, becoming the only education and training college base for agricultural and rural cadres in China. At present. NWAFU boasts 12 national training platforms, the largest number of universities in the whole country. In 2004, it was listed as the first batch of cadre education and training college base by Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, and established stable cooperation with Ningxia, Hebei, Jilin, Shanxi, Gansu, Shandong, Qinghai and other provinces in cadre training. In addition, the university has set up an international cooperation training platform for agricultural science and technology support and personnel training, playing an essential role in SCO agricultural technology exchange and training demonstration base.
近年来，根据经济社会发展需要，不断加强培训基本能力、管理队伍和基础设施建设。培训规模不断扩大，培训区域由中西部覆盖到全国，培训对象包括党政干部、专业技术人员、村官及实用人才、高素质农民、企业管理人员、职业教育干部及骨干教师、新领域人才等，年均培训规模达到15000人次。
Recent years have witnessed continuous strengthening of training basic competence, management team and infrastructure construction, in accordance with the needs of economic and social development. The scale of training has been expanding from central and western regions to the whole country, and training targets have included party and government cadres, professional and technical personnel, village officials, practical talents, high-quality farmers, enterprise management personnel, vocational education cadres and backbone teachers, and talents in new fields. The annual training scale reaches 15,000 people.
进入新时代，根据干部教育培训事业新要求，学校按照管理机构专门化、管理队伍专职化、研究人员专业化、办学场地专用化全面实现办学转型，建立了全国高校第一个农业农村干部学院和农民发展学院，与陕西省农业厅合作成立陕西省职业农民培训学院，还成立了农民教育发展研究所和农业农村干部教育培训研究所，保证了教育培训事业可持续发展，为初步建成以农业农村干部教育培训为特色、国内一流、在国际有一定影响的高水平继续教育体系奠定了坚实的基础。
In the new era, in accordance with the new requirements of cadre education and training, NWAFU has transformed itself into a specialized management organization, professional management team, professional researchers and specialized school site, and established the first Agricultural and Rural Executive Leadership College and College for the Development of Farmers among higher education institutions in China. NWAFU set up Shaanxi Vocational Farmer Training College in cooperation with Shaanxi Agricultural Department, and established Institute of Farmer Education Development and Institute of Agricultural and Rural Cadre Education and Training. The establishment of these colleges and institutions ensured sustainable development of education and training and laid a solid foundation for initial establishment of a high-level continuing education system featuring education and training of agricultural and rural cadres, which is first-class in China and advanced in the world.
学校始终坚持把产学研紧密结合办学优势和杨凌农业高新技术产业示范区的区位优势转化为培训强势，紧紧围绕国家关于“三农”的各项重大战略部署，始终把培训质量作为“第一生命线”，不断更新培训理念，在培训项目开发、师资队伍建设、教材编写、现场教学基地建立等方面均取得长足发展。
NWAFU has been committed to transforming the advantages of close combination of production, education and research and the location advantage of Yangling Agricultural High-tech Industrial Demonstration Zone into training strength. With the core of the major national strategic arrangements on "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", the university has always regarded training quality as “the first lifeline” and constantly updated its training ideas. Great progress has been made in training projects development, teaching staff construction, compilation of teaching materials and establishment of on-site teaching bases.
